Ya there is no age restriction on condoms and sex toys. The only reason sex shops have age restrictions is because they sell porn. Like I said drug stores have sell small vibrators now.

Get a prepaid credit card (it's like a gift card but not quite, it can be used at any store) and buy one online. Not sure if you have to be 18 to get a prepaid credit card. But try it.
