i did throw him in the water after i gave him a dunk. he just didn't learn. by the way this wasn't nice clean salt water. this was swampy, smoggy dirty water. which was why i got really mad when he splashed me.

Why do males insist on leaving the toilet seats up?

I actually have quite a superb logic about this. 100% of the time a girl goes to the bathroom she sit's down. In contrast to 50% of the time a guy goes to the bathroom he sits. So, it's less work for the girl to pull the seat down on her way down, than it is for us tall men to reach down and pull it up, piss, then put it back down. And reason number two is because we're lazy and we're not the ones who complain about leaving the seat up

And why can't so many of them clean up after themselves when they miss?

We have been pissing in a toilet for many many years. We NEVER "miss." Usually it's stuck together, or there is an incorrect amount of pressure and it sprays instead of being a nice clean spout.
