I confess, I've had to hire into positions with high turnover rates. The reasons can be various, depending on the job. Feel free to ask more, QofC.
Yep, that is one of the questions I was planning on asking...if in the last few years when the econonmy went south if they had to do any job cuts or cutting back employees hours.
I guess I am most nervous about the weakness question. From what I've read online, people do not want to hear, "Oh I have a tendancy to be a workaholic" harhar, just sounds cheesy.
I'd use what Vash said as an example, however, this job is 100% computer based and I am comfortable learning new programs.
I was thinking of telling the truth and say that I have a tendency to be a little shy around my new co-workers to start out with. Not that I'm unfriendly or would hesitate to ask them job-related questions but I am slow to disclose my personal details or to chit chat a bunch with my co-workers until I am familiar with my surroundings (I sound like I'm a wild animal) but after that I am comfortable things are kosher.
If you can think of any other questions I should ask that would be cool.
So, so you think you can tell Heaven from Hell,
blue skies from pain.
Can you tell a green field from a cold steel rail?
A smile from a veil?
Do you think you can tell?
And did they get you to trade your heroes for ghosts?
Hot ashes for trees?
Hot air for a cool breeze?
Cold comfort for change?
And did you exchange a walk on part in the war for a lead role in a cage?
