Whole milk or skim?

i would imagine that it's much creamier than whole milk being that a baby's fat needs as much higher than a child's intake value.

well true, but the whole milk that we buy in the store is already processed. they have to pasteurize the milk, then refine it i dunno how many times. besides, cow and goat milk is filled with tons or hormones to keep the cows producing milk.
