Try downloading the edited avatar from here, Shh!, [url]http://24.73.176.86/shh_avatar.htm[/url], then reload it to LF. See if that works for you.

well as for me, tonight the server is running pretty fast. usually i will open a bunch of pages all at once and have them load up simultaneously. i'm not sure if you do the same thing hayward, buy for the most part, the server just runs fine. i occasionally do have those pages that take forever to load, only to give me a reply like unable to open page.
