No, wait, I can explain ANYTHING (I'm a teacher at heart)
what I meant was that maybe when you said:
"I don't like ____" you meant just that.
But a lot of times we see "I don't like ____" and think it means "I DISLIKE _____"
And I'm just saying it may not be the same thing. I'm just saying that "I don't like ____" doesn't give insight into you DISLIKING it...it's just not among the list of things you LIKE.
SO:
like = like
dislike = dislike
don't like does not = dislike
Now I KNOW you get it and if you say you don't you're just messing with me.
