Eh - I'm sort of a traditionalist. I am teaching my daughter to let the boys call her first to demonstrate interest, and then she call them (when she is 35 and old enough for boys, that is!).

I don't answer my phone at all half the time it rings. It drives my family crazy, but I guess I think that is what the answering machine is for.

i don't answer the phone a lot either. mikey gets crazy he has to answer the thing! even if he's in bed asleep or in the middle of something all i have to say is, "it's for you" and he goes running. it's quite a spectacle.
