The key is that you have to KNOW what you're getting into. And know that there can be consequences. It's the whole cost/benefit issue of economics. In your friend's case, the cost turned out to FAR exceed the benefit. And so his experience sucks. In other people's cases, the benefit seems to outweight the cost and so they love using drugs. Some people love it too much, and the cost catches up with them. It's just up to you. As for me? I tried marijuana four times. Not my cup of tea. Although I'll admit I might do it again depending on the situation and my mood. I also don't get drunk (often). Special occasions like New Years I will, but otherwise I just drink socially. So basically, I'm a big boring anime watching, clarinet playing guy.

I have been a pot head for 6 months straight --- from the time i graduated (may 2002) to about christmas of 2002 i dont remember anything at all - i was high 24/7 - it was bad...

then i got control over the drugs... I really dont smoke weed that much anymore - the smell of it kinda makes me want to throw up now...

The other drug I have used is ecstasy - I have taken it prolly about 50 times in the last 2 years... I love it - it has no side effects on me or anything.. I am not addicted to it either (i haven't had any since Feb - that proves i'm not hooked) I just like to take it when i am around a bunch of friends... I am a kick ass person to be around on X. I dont get horny or anything like that either... I am jsut a really happy person and I dont talk as much I give alot of massages and I am really touchy feely on it and my friends love it when i am like that - hehehe

Normally I am a really shy guy, but X seems to open me up to the world - and in a good way too - I can talk about anything and still not talk enough to make people go nuts...

Also X seems to be a truth sirum... I can't lie to save my life on it. hehehe
