The first picture is way better than the second because in the second picture, you have a nice clean look. Never wear caps. lol. First picture, I'll give it a 7 out of 10 and second would be 4 out of 10. So average would be roughly 5.5. If you present yourself as an outgoing and a friendly person, you will probably boost youself up to a 7. And if you have interesting things to say, a sense of humour, and intelligence, you can further boost yourself up to a 8 or 9 in my book.
