You know what's ****ed up? I'm posting this inside a club ...

I'm tired of whiny, bitchy servers. I gave out station assignments, and then one of the servers pulled me aside and asked why he was getting screwed. I was in no mood to hash it out, so I switched him. Then he tried to be selfless and say, "No, it's okay." Jesus H. Christ. Then don't complain. Simple.

And another server getting emotional when I switched a table of his. The table requested to be served by me and so I told the server that one of his tables was moving to the side patio, and that I was transferring the check. He got upset and pulled me aside to verbally assault me, saying that I was disrespecting him. The way I see it (and the way all managers have to see it) is that the customer is always right. If they make a request that I can comply with, I will honor, no questions. If he was so careless with his section as to lose one of his tables then he needs to step up his game.

I let him get upset, but I told him that we need to sit down on Sunday before his next shift starts. I have a whole laundry list of issues with him as it is.

Half of the girls I went to high school with ended up being pregnant before 21. I think all of them are getting beaten by their trailer trash sugar daddies atm.

It's crazy. Those people have not enough money for everyday life but spend xx thousands on weddings just to lead poor life after ... No carrier ,no life plan just - let's get married and we figure it out later .
