Enjoyed a good talk with my boss and one of our employees tonight about his performance. He was headed on a downward spiral of sorts, but he did well tonight. Then he and I had a talk one-on-one. I really like him and I want him to do well.
Then I chilled on the ride home, listening to my favorite radio show Big Sonic Chill. So nice after a long night of slaving around.
Bf's kids come back to Minnesota today, we are having dinner with them at our favorite Mexican restaurant. I have a 4 day weekend this evening. We are hitting up the State Fair on Sunday afternoon then the girls come home to our house for good on Sunday, school starts on Tues.
