Id say there are 2 types of orgasms, clitoral and vaginal. For me the clitoral's are the BEST! Direct stimulus. And theyre more sensitive. I dont like to have my man keep playing in that spot right after, too sensitive. But during intercourse I can have multiples. That too took years for me to achieve. In my experience it really came with how I really felt about my partner. Different positions also tenders to the intensity of the orgasm. Get me from the back honey!!!

I've never felt completely relaxed and then suddenly BAM, but yes, some are very drawn out and slow and others nearly knock me out hehe.
IMO, anyone who says they prefer the clitorial orgasm to the vaginal one, have never had a proper vaginal orgasm (I'm getting a sense of deja vu... maybe i've already mentioned this here).
