Here's an alternative, compliments of Scott Weiland from Stone Temple Pilots (which is the weirdest coincidence, I'm listening to them right now). He described in an interview somewhere on how they made fake pussy in prison, and it got stuck in my head for some god awful reason:

Get a rubber glove, coat the inside with lube or vaseline. Put it at one end of a hand towel or dish towel (can't remember which) and roll it tight. Make sure the open end of the glove is hanging out of the end of the towel a bit. Stuff rolled towel into a sock to keep it from unravelling. Enjoy. Throw glove away afterwards.
