ok you want to get scared out of smoking. I can surely do that. My aunt had bronhial cancer, It's so bad she can't breath anymore. She just went to the hospital on monday and they sent her home cause there isn't a thing they can do. "Bring her home and just make her comfortable." She can't walk to another room without gasping for a breath. She is on a nebulizer, and oxygen. I see this as delaying her death, forcing oxygen into her and just making her miserable. Granted I love her, but I hate seeing this suffering of her and my cousins.

the worst part, she quit smoking before I was born. almost 24 years ago.

I quit repeatedly and went back for boredom. Thankfully i've only smoked for a total of 3 years.

i generally stop cold turkey. first few days are hard. I find if in need of the nicotine, visit a smoker and just sit near them. though some can't be around them at all.

if you need something for your mouth, get altoids, or gum. Or use Nicoret. My friends mom used that and has been smoke free for over a year.

i'm quit smoking for the most part.. except for when i'm really drunk and the smell of smoke lingers in the air. strangly it always help me sober up just enough so i can drink somemore. raverboy

Yeah. I had that as my screen name ages ago on my msn and I sorta forgot to come back on LoveForum and most of the time I do, I forget to change it to Vogue Vanity. ^__^

what i'm saying is that your title is how you veiw yourself.. as in your outlook upon your life. when you keep changning your titles, it's like you are always changing your outlook on life. does that help??
