    Oh alright.

I'm really not backwards though. This morning for breakfast I didn't eat anything. But I usually have raisins, toast, maybe a glass of orange juice. Sometimes I will eat the first thing I grab, though.

I am the worst morning eater ever. Generally I don't eat breakfast, but if I do, there is a Mt. Dew in some course of it.

Yeah. I never eat breakfast. Sun's usually gone down by the time I've had my first bite.

For a healthy option, I sometimes scramble 2 egg whites and put them in a low carb wrap. Yummy and low calorie!

recent studies have found that keeping the yolk with the whites gives you various other nutrients.

A whole egg is a complete protein, a white is not. Neglecting the yolk deprives you of the B vitamins that are contained in it, so if you eat only the white's you're depriving yourself nutrionally. If you eat an egg, eat the whole damn thing. I go through like 3-4 dozen a week

They're always perfect. Food cholesterol generally isn't related to blood cholesterol, it's more of a genetic pre-disposition. Back when we were younger and actually trained hard, we'd all do a dozen a day at least. Those 15 dozen restaurant boxes from the wholesale clubs were convenient, just took up a rack of the fridge.
