Platinum is becoming a trend for engagement rings.Personally I chose to buy a platinum engagement ring for many reasons. What would you prefer to give/receive as an engagement ring? This is often a daunting task. That is why I researched all my options ahead of time.

I find engagement rings to be a waste of money.

I like the engagement rings, and if my daughter's future husband tries to get away with not giving her one, I will be wholly unimpressed.
