Got a response after 3 weeks (claimed she didn't see email.) Now unsure of next move.

She doesn't make an effort to contact you, she talks about random stuff, her converstations are casual like she is chatting with a GF, she isn't flirty, doesn't ask you if you are seriously seeing someone, doesn't hint that you should ask her out, she calls it a man date? wtf? Says thet "thingie?" that's is pretty half assed.....there is nothing there to indicate interest.

so should i ask her to clarify what the heck her email was supposed to mean? or just let it all go, dont respond, and take it as a non-interest.
its just weird cuz the first sentence indicated "didnt wanna drink" but the last sentence indicated if tuesday was ok?
