HIA, as much as I hate to side with Valixy (she's just a Spanish version of Michelle23, as far as I'm concerned), I have to say that this argument isn't going to go anywhere unless you specifically define what "evolve" means in this context.

Any time there's a genetic mutation in some way, is that considered "evolution"? If not, what is? Genetic mutation that spreads across what percentage of the population? You could say that humans have evolved within the past few thousand years to adapt to animal husbandry, for example.

Yes, in that context you're right... perhaps I should've said there's no significant difference between Homo Sapiens 2,000 years ago (or 10,000 years ago for that matter) and now. Fact is, evolution is incremental and incredibly slow, and even 10,000 years isn't even an eye-blink. There's evidence that Cro-Magnon was more intelligent and creative than Homo Sapiens, and were eliminated. Frankly, the 'best' species doesn't win out according to our ideas, but instead according to what works. Did we win? Obviously - so far. Was Homo Neanderthalensis viable? Probably... but evidence suggests that we out-competed them, interbred with them, and ultimately, they're extinct and we're not.

A sudden change induced by environment or mutation will either continue or not, depending on its viability and usefulness. 10,000 years ago or so, we invented agriculture... and evidence is suggesting now that our lifespan and health were compromised at the expense of proliferation... which as a species is a win, as an individual a loss. We've got the brains and the means to correct that - among other things that are detrimental, the real question is, will we? Only time will tell, time far beyond my lifetime or yours.

All we can do is work to make things better.

I don't care about her dumb religious/neo-spiritual/astrology/whatever bullshit beliefs.

That unicorn avatar leads me to believe she's a freak in the sack. Angels sent from heaven, those ones.

Why? Are you hoping for a unicorn's horn up the ass? lol
Relax... I'll need some information first. Just the basic facts - can you show me where it hurts?

It was an acceptable start, but I am glad to be going back to work tomorrow. How was your Arab passover?

See, Inexandra, this a typical ''add to ignore list'' example that works perfectly in life as it does on loveforum

Try a fee-based forum? Generally, the moderation will be more to your taste and your complaints will be taken more seriously.

We have some excellent posters here. But, remember free forums are usually for entertainment with the occasional willingness to volunteer helpful advice. Crowd-sourced psychology isn't the same as from a pro.

Hope this helps to explain things.

I see. Vash turns on me, Valixy compliments the worst joke ever made on LF, and Indi passes by and posts something completely off-topic. Standard.

    Dear Diary,

It has not been a good day.

I slightly disagree :-) We haven't evolved much since then, but still there is some undeniable progress.
Again, you're a ****ing idiot. People's minds weren't primitive, and you admit we haven't evolved much(if at all). Why would this superior consciousness transmit a message in a way that would be so grossly misinterpreted, that is causes recurring wars and millions of deaths? It's a rhetorical question, please don't answer it you ****ing idiot.
