Yeah, I'd say 4 months is a pretty long time to wait, considering she's not a virgin and/or is restricted by her personal religious beliefs. Maybe she's just scarred that once she has sex with you, you'll write her off as another conquest and stop being interested in you. In which case, I'd try reassuring her that you feel strongly for her and let her know that you love other things about her that aren't sexual.

She sounds like a tease. If shes not ready for sex she shouldnt sleep in the same bed as u for weeks and turn u down. You should tell her its okay if she wants to wait but its too hard to sleep in the same bed as her and not have sex for so long.
