Hmm. Well, depending on what kind of issues she has (in particular, sexual abuse issues) it can really make intimacy very, very hard. I think your being a stable presence in her life can only be a good thing.

Sorry to say this but she obviously know what she wants. Try to let go of her because if you do get in a relationship, she will keep acting like this.
