Taco Bell Appreciation Thread

It's not just taco bell..virtually any fast food chain will have quality issues as far as food and service behind the counters. I've heard of putting boogers on food, hairs, spit, etc.. But usually people live to eat another day..so I just assume my food is all good and untouched. So be sure to be curteous in the drive through if you don't want your order messed up.

yuck. that is so gross. i hate eating fast food. it always tastes like spit. blaagh. i went to wendy's the other night out of pure desperation, it was so nasty i couldn't even handle it. i prefer to make my food at home. it's so much cheaper and healthier. but i love to go to the frontier. it's this restaurant that's open 24 hours and it's right down the street. once in a while i go there but otherwise, fast food is just indigestible crap made by exploited low wage young people and minorities.

The frontier has some pretty good breakfast, Sombra..my friends took me there once. Ha ha..I had the normal scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns....

You know, my sense of taste is white washed, maybe..but I like american and american-style food.

But make no mistake..I still gotta have my beans with flour tortillas.

whoooooooooooooooo, i ran for the border.

alright i'm not a big fan and fast food because it's basically fat and more fat with a pinch and a half of salt.

but i will have to say that of all the ball sctraching, nose picking, bandaid wearing places that i would have to choose, taco bell is my favorite for fast food. although they are generic mexican food, it rates better than jacks and wendy's on my list. i give them a two thumbs up for fast food.

I remember I used to like Taco Bell as a college student because it was cheap as hell, too...but those days are gone..Now I go for the McD's dollar menu. I do love burgers.

well today the world is full of choices. do you want your fast food meat as a patty or grounded up?? or you can skip the meat all together and go for chicken, prepared to your likings.

God, I am so sick of fast food... I blame the system. There's no incentive for the workers to even attempt quality, because they get no recognition for it. Also they are paid close to nothing.

I ordered two taco supremes the other night and threw them away after the second bite. Yuck... the meat looked like stringy refried beans.

Arby's I actually kind of enjoy. Nothing beats a beef 'n cheddar when you are craving one.

Burger King has flame-broiled burgers, that's usually a safe bet.

But the real "king" is Rubio's. Mmmm... I don't know if anyone else has that, it's pretty local, but they have THE BEST fish tacos. Ever. For $0.99!

It's not fast food.

In fact it's "slow" food.

But considering you're payin' barely 5 bucks for a WHOLE pound of beef, on a kaiser bun along with cheese, lettuce onion and tomato, it's worth every god damn bite. And worth more than the few bucks you're payin' for it.
