go for it! may have taken a while so i hope it's worth it tell us how it went.

He told me he is nervous and is scared of meeting up with me because he doesnt want to ruin anything plus he also wants to take it slow without sounding soft... I get the impression he not interested in me anymore but I do know he work some pretty long hours so Im all confused again lol Im gunna try and see if we can meet up and have a talk or something like that but I am unsure of what to say.. Why say one minute he wants me and that and then the next he chickens out of meeting me.

I sent him a text along the lines of if your nervous I understand but if you dont want to see me, please let me know so Im not in the dark etc and we been texting since really... Dont know why I bother lol but my instinct says he is actually scared like

ask him to talk to you in a phone call instead of a text. it's much more personable and it'll help him break out of his shell.
