I believe the phrase "In vino veritas" has a lot of truth to it. I've found myself saying things I never wanted to say when I was drunk, but they were still true.

I can be a real bitch when I'm drunk, actually, if I'm pissed off enough, but I don't lie.

I feel that you should not follow a drunk person's reaction...
Think about the people who sleep together when they are drunk and don't remember how they got there...why they did it or even sometimes who it was with?
