i think holding hands is one of the most intimate things you can do with the opposite sex. its like there saying: i am yours; i am proud to have u by my side,to anyone and everyone who bothers to notice.

Its one of my biggest steps when starting out in a new relationship. You can kiss and cuddle and fondle and whatever else you want to get upto, but until you hold hands your not invested properly.

    just my opinion

Agreed with tufty; holding hands might not seem like much, but it's symbolic about the relationship between two people. It shows that they have a connection and are comfortable with each other.
