impossible ! MORE proof your wrong - if you dont have an ISP (Internet Service PRovider) you CANT GET ONLINE ! you will ONLY have a LAN (Local Area Network)

An ISP is NEEDED (no way around it) to get on the World Wide Web.

I FUNCTION OF A GOVERNMENT SERVER. ISP IS A COMERCIAL SERVICE THAT PROVIDES ACCESS. BY PURE DEFIITION OF ISP I DONOT HAVE ONE. THE GOVERNEMNT HAS ITS OWN SYSTEM TO GET ON THE INTERNET. OMG! I'm so naive... armyPunk does sound like he's full of scam. Come to think of it, Billy's right and he's probably from Jersey and OBVIOUSLY really young.
