I know this type of girl. They have a lot of drama in their life. They pull themselves towards you because hey want intimacy and to feel loved. Then push you away, because it's all too much. They are too afraid of getting close, no one can give them enough of what they need, because their heart it a bottomless pit of emptiness. So they fill themselves with all this drama, because that's all they know and immaturity. And everyone who is in their life gets tossed around like a tornado. She won't change. Not without a huge amount of counselling...... And that's only if she sticks to it.
