Practice with a friend or in front of a mirror.

I haven't read all of the replied so I don't know if someone has said what I'm going to say - sorry if so!

But I find over-thinking interviews makes me worse. Of course I'll research the company, prepare what to say for those difficult questions that always pop up. But I always feel that in an interview, the interviewer is trying to get a feel for your personality, so going with the flow works for me. I always try to find a way to connect with the interviewer so we can have a "normal" discussion and I can be myself and let them see my personality. Even something as silly as both having a cold can be laughed over!

You are clearly confident in your ability, I suggest that you think about that before your interview. Convince yourself they need you, let them see your passion to join them. If you're not confident, pretend like you are. Sooner or later you will start to believe it - in the words of the Buddha... "What we think, we become."

    Good luck
