Relax... I'll need some information first. Just the basic facts - can you show me where it hurts?

It's a Japanese film, but definitely something to get you in the mood for romance.

I can't believe nobody's said Sean of the Dead. Best damn romantic zombie comedy I've ever seen.

God dammit. Sean is how this stupid girl I know spells it. I always gripe at her. And now I'm doing it! Kick me in the head.

Speaking of zombie movies, have any of you seen Fido?

Oh, and another romantic one: The English Patient.

i have a thing for romance movies with some kind of psycho twist. like harold and maude or true romance.

i also like when harry met sally. there is another movie that i liked but i can't remember the name. it's with melanie griffith and andy garcia and she drinks a lot.... (???)

i guess just more realistic types, you know?

    Yes, I liked that movie.

Romance movies aren't really my genre, but I liked that old Johnny Depp movie called Chocolate and another called Don Juan DeMarco, but it's very possible that the only reason I liked them was because of Johnny Depp.

I also loved Like Water for Chocolate, but that was mostly because it was one of my favorite books.

Which reminds me: did you know that "Love in the time of Cholera" is coming to the theater? Gabriel Garcia Marquez is my favorite author, so I hope it is done well.
