Dude, if she doesn't call when she says she will, she's not that into you. Methinks your expectations may be a little high when it comes to her.
Just let her be. If she wants to make you a priority enough to get together with you before y'all leave, she will.
Don't think less of her because she's not that into you. Look at your own expectations - they may need adjusting.

But yeah, we went to graduation, talked to each other normally, and when it was time to leave, we hugged and went our separate ways. So after all this, things ended in a fizzle of a platonic hug. Oh well.
