My definition is kind of twisted, but here goes...If I love someone, I can kill to save the life of the person I love. If I'm in love with someone, I'm willing to die for that person. But then again, I don't think I've ever been in love. I've loved deeply, but have never been in love. I agree with Kyrina, being too in love can make one foolish and irrational. So while it's great, there needs to be a balance and a transition to loving someone rather than just being in love with them.
