DO NOT ADD HER ON FB.

As a woman I have to tell you that if you do she will know that you took the time and effort to look her up on FB to check if you're actually friends and she'll know she's got you eating out of her hand.

Trust me, as a woman I have seen many women play these games before. Her level of interest in you from 1 to 10 is about 5-6. She wants to see you do the work of looking her up and adding her on FB. Don't cave in to that. Instead just go to the eatery and casually ask her out. If she bites then you've got a date with her. If she turns you down then you can walk away with the dignity of her knowing that you never bothered to look her up on FB.
