uh yea it is...if you know youre infected and have intercourse without telling your partner, youre damn straight you going to court, and youre going to other places too if you ask me.

its not something u really ask, they either put it on or dont i prefew if they dont but if they put it on so be it...if they wotn oen but dont have oen i carry tons

and steve darling yes it is there falt becouse if they cared enough to pervent then they wouldnt be sleeping with me without atl least makign sure by getting us tested together etc and unles it is one of very few peopel on thsi planet...i simply dont care what happaneds to them

it totally is blue..... my BF is a cop and i remember this coming up b4. It's not just illegal, but say you get picked up for prostitution and they find out you have AIDS or something they can put an alert on you that comes up when they run your background.
