True legend...loved him in Butch and Sundance, but I think one of his best (and my favorite) roles was in the vastly underrated "Road to Perdition".

Frasbee caught me doing something naughty with my signature. He told me that if I continue to do so, he'll bend me over his knee and ban my ass.
Newman was one of the few actors who successfully made the transition from 1950s cinema to that of the 1960s and 1970s. His rebellious persona translated well to a subsequent generation. Twenty-five years after The Hustler, Newman reprised his role of "Fast" Eddie Felson in the Martin Scorsese-directed The Color of Money, for which he won the Academy Award for Best Actor.

Aw, geeze, I knew when I saw the title it was gonna be something like this. Shit, I feel old. Damn this has bummed me out, I didn't even know.
These are break-the-mold types we won't see again, ever. Society has changed to damn much. Values are a lot different now. I don't know actors like him, Audrey Hepburn & Robert Redford would even have made it in todays Hollywood glitz. Instead we got soulless types like the chick in "The Duchess.
Robert Redford is another one that will suck to see go, btw.

Work like you don't need the money. Love like you've never been hurt. Dance like nobody's watching
Indi, you didn't know about Paul Newman's dying?
So sad, don't you think? He was worth 100 of today's actors. Such a class act...
Relax... I'll need some information first. Just the basic facts - can you show me where it hurts?
