I wouldn't make it a big issue that she slept with the other guy. That doesn't have to mean anything, it is only your ego hurting :-). You are officially not together anymore and you haven't replied to her email. So maybe she thinks you really moved on and is hurt. If I would be you, I would contact her and have a personal talk about your future and if there is any. Everything else is playing games.

Found out mine had decided getting into bed with someone shes known for a few weeks 2 weeks after our break up was a good idea.

It certainly makes moving on alot more easier mate.
