Well, being that I like it too, I think it's a combination of a lot of things. If a woman is submissive and loves being dominated, then the hair pulling is obviously a turn on because it is so dominating. You can control the whole head if you have control of the hair. There is something very erotic about that. My other theory (that coincides with the other) is that the scalp is highly sensitive.
