    No, because if you wrote 3x(3+1) it would be indicating that the digits in the bracketrs could be added, making the equation 3x(4) which would be 12x, and not the same thing at all. Trust me on this one.

    The only one I have is RK. He's the only one to offer me help in algebra!

    Really though - I might get a tutor.

    First I'm gonna see if I can figure this out myself, and if I still have problems I'll have my sister help me, and if I STILL have problems I'll get a tutor.
