well i got to see the first ring one night when i was drinking so i barely remember anything. i was probably too busy talking with my friends to even pay attention to it.

I'm a big horror fan. Started watching Freddy when I was 5. I get a thrill when the movie can make me jump. There are some good ones.

Lately i haven't been able to watch them. My own little demon might get frightened. I'll stick to action or her movies. Though I prefer action. Give me guys in fast cars and oh nevermind. lol
(question and answer of the day)

why put on this macho thing?

hello... why do you think they are the stronger species??? its the male ego. all have it. it's when they use it. lmao

hell and they wonder why there are so many lesbians today.

i think they all must of watched this movie in grade school while we watched that horrible "puberty movie" and theirs was "what to say to a girl....by men, for men"

I'm a huge horror fan. And I have to agree with you Joe... they just don't make them like they used to. Nothing that has come out in the last few years has been scary. It's all lame. And it all started with "Scream". It rolled downhill from there. Everything now is all digital fx. Takes away from the thought of "this could actually happen".

What do ya'll think of "Hellraiser" and "Hellraiser: Hellbound". Those are my favorite horror flicks of all time. Pinhead kicks ass. The centabytes too. And the concept of combining pleasure and pain, desire and hell... awesome. Atleast I think so. What about everyone else?

The hellraiser flicks are great, pinhead kicks ass. I thought Scream was a good film too, Wes Craven cleverly pulling apart a genre he helped make so big but I agree with the above comment about digital fx making things less believable, old films are much better/scarier like 'the thing' with Kurt Russell, Alfred Hitchcocks films etc

You know why that is, right?

Clive Barker directed parts 1 and 2. He then sold the rights for the story. He had nothing to do with parts 3 to 57 . That's why they sucked. "Bloodline" was especially brutal.

Oh, well. Thank God for box sets.

ahh that makes a lot more sense ... i actually bought "Bloodline" (used) and I thought it especially sucked ass ...

I might've liked the first 2 because I prefer when actor reprise their roles ...

I remember being really scared when "IT" was on TV ... probably the best made for TV horror flick ...

Did you ever see The Langoliers? The FX were cheesy as hell, but still a good movie.
