Any advice about how to approach this situation?
He totally thinks its no big deal if everyone left for the day and no one will ever find out because he is the biggest tech employee that they have there.

Well him saying no one will ever find out is crazy! someone could come back into the office and catch him.
what is it that bothers you about this? Is it that he could get caught? or that he does it at work? Or that the porn itself bothers you? I think you should find out why your bothered by this to find out how to approach him..If you can't handle the thorns, don't crave the rose!!

Your boyfriend's attitude is bad and he is flirting with disaster. I bet he thinks that he is really sly..try this out: suppose the owner knows that he is there after hours fixing all the odds and ends on the computer. Suppose the owner is begininning to wonder why the power is being left on for 20-30 minutes (while he is jerking off watching his smut) when its a computer problem that takes 5-7 minutes to fix. GOOD OWNER/MANAGERS WATCH OUT FOR THIS KIND OF STUFF. All the owner has to do is install a camera the size of a pin that costs less than $50. I have done this before and I have busted my employees. Thankfully, I didn't catch any jerking off on tape

This is a problem on a number of levels. I guess number one is that if he gets fired, we lose our health insurance - not good since we have a two year old son. I just graduated school this past may and am looking for a job. he is our only source of income right now and we just bought a house is august. if he loses his job we will be seriously f*cked. And then there is the fact that he is staying late to *fix* something instead of coming home. what does that have to say about how much he looks forward to coming home to wife and son????
