Hahahaha best post ever. Exactly, I didn't make the promise to be faithful either...she did. We will see.

OH MAN OH MAN THINGS ARE HEATING UP!

This could be rather amusing, I am all ears.

P.S. OV man, I like you, but I think you're way off with all the "better" girl's in the 20's being taken. Not gonna lie, some of the best ones out there are still single....the ones that NEED a relationship all the time aren't the "best." Now get your gun and get to huntin!

I say let your feelings be known and she how she responds. You're entitled to make your feelings known should you choose. If she doesn't want to leave her fiance at that point I'd say piss off. You're only going to be tangled in a mess should you get involved.

Is this the girl you've held the torch for for awhile now OV? Is so, then it's a bad idea. Just based on nothing else, but history of you and her. I don't think it's going to work.

I learned from a wise friend that these days it doesn't matter at all if a girl has a boyfriend or not.
I'd have to agree with your friend. It usually doesn't matter whether they have a boyfriend or not - except this girl practically has a ring on her finger. It's gonna be a lot harder cuz you'll also have to convince her to break promises and taboos to be with you. Not only that, you're also competing with someone who she thought was gonna be 'the one'.

She must be worth it then if you're gonna through that much trouble for a girl. Good luck lol

Not this time. I'm sufficiently fond of you that I think you deserve some regular sex even if its acquired by crook.

i think your chances of landing her would depend on how tight they were. people who are in relationships or engaged get crushes but only a few would actually go there.

If she can't survive the temptation... how on Earth will she be faithful for life?

I say tempt the hell out of her... maybe she'll learn something about herself. If she refuses you, her value just went up... if she doesn't then she was looking for a way out anyway or she isn't ready for fidelity -- which would mean you'd have a woman of low moral standing.

Probably help the guy dodge a bullet if you woo her over -- or make his belief in her that much stronger if she resists you.

I don't see much of a downside here... and I certainly don't see how she could be the victim.
"The weakest soul, knowing its own weakness, and believing this truth that strength can only be developed by effort and practice, will, thus believing, at once begin to exert itself, and, adding effort to effort, patience to patience, and strength to strength, will never cease to develop, and will at last grow divinely strong."

I wouldn't call her a victim, but setting out with the goal to destroy a relationship is just icky. I don't see how you could think about doing that to someone you care for.

I'm not out to destroy her relationship, I am out to give her a better one. I am out to destroy his relationship and I couldn't care less honestly about him.

I'd say it's more or less along the lines of killing Vamp in Metal Gear Solid 4. Once you figure it out, it's hard not to win.
