Already cooked it but I had Chicken Marshall with roasted red peppers, squash, and zucchini. And finished off a whole bottle of wine. Feeling good right now. Like..really good haha.
That is some fancy meal. I don't know what Chicken Marshall is, what does the Marshall part mean?
Roasted vegetables are so good to eat, never had roasted squash before.

Damn it, auto correct. It was suppose to say chicken marsala. Haha. Which is just chicken, mushrooms, and marsala wine.
I'm italian so it's kind of a requirement that we know how to cook haha. My mom and grandma basically raised me and my little brother in the kitchen. We were always cooking something..

Damn, nico.. you are probably a better cook than even I am by the sounds of it.
I made myself a turkey sammie with some bacon, tomato, lettuce and pickles on brown bread with a glass of milk to help my throat.
Probably go into the freezer and grab a fudgesicle after I eat that, again for my throat of course, haha.

Hope your throat feels better. Try gargling with warm salt water. That always helps me.
I was lazy today and just ate left over steak with asparagus and oven roasted some potatoes. There's nothing like a piece of steak..
Sausages and a bagel, for lunch supposed to go and have sushi.

Not cooking anything right now but will be grilling up some steaks and chicken in a few hours, with some corn and salads.
I haven't had a steak in awhile, do have lots of meat pies and lamb stews.

I am reheating up some chicken alfredo and going to make up a tossed salad with this awesome bacon ranch dressing, yums...as soon as I log out of here.. nibbling on strawberries right now.
