Well sleeping pills could help you get that 9 hours and there wont be need to watch movies till late.
I ussualy dont sleep during day just was tired from yesterday work and today had nothing planed. Also meds dont make me sleepy when I move. You know with sleeping pills(the ones I use) I have to sleep them out. Cant go sleep late and then wake early next day or they still will be in system and make sleepy. Well its fair that I have to take meds for years because it took years to fck up life so its normal that it will take years to be fine again.

You know its easier to eat right when you plan the meals. Plan at least two meals ahead when you cook. Plastic containers can help a lot. You just prepare food for whole day and put it in containers and in fridge and take it with you when going out. Yes some meals will be the same but then again you wont skip meals this way. Bodybuilders even prepare meals for whole week this way. Some clean meat, boiled vegetables and carbs like pasta, rice, potatoes. helps with depression too especial if you eat like 5-6 meals a day(I set up alarm clock so after each two hours it reminds its time to eat). Helps to look good aswell not just for growing muscle or be healthy.

But I like movies, lol? But yours makes much more sense, I don't watch horror movies or anything late just movies that relax are funny so I settle right into a decent sleep after. Do you take DR prescribed sleep pills or over the counter ones like tylenol makes? I imagine you can't have too high of a dosage on the sleeping pills either or you'd miss start of work because you wouldn't even wake up to your alarm it would have you out cold. How did you **** up your life in years that you felt you needed to be on your meds for years, if too personal don't need to reply. I assume your depression got pretty bad way mine did and is.

I never plan my meals I cook or roomie cooks and we only ever make enough for us to eat at dinner..never have any to pack in containers for lunch next day or even dinner next night and then we don't wanna cook next day so we go to McDs and buy salads and her a burger me a chicken burger :p Although my mom sister and aunts bring us food over as does her mom. Big pasta meals tho.
Do you premake most of your dinners and lunches? Is it beef chicken or pasta you make? Lots of veggies? I eat lots of salads and pasta I don't eat much pork or beef. Plenty of chicken and fish tho. I make green drinks and juices too for breakfast and take one a day mult vitamin pills. OMG can you eat 5-6 meals a day? I am lucky to eat my 3 meals a day and maybe a coffee and treat.

Yeah, she says a lot of blunt and embarrassing things. Usually about me at the most inopportune moments. Her favorite was when I'd bring girls home she'd tell them about the time I dressed up in my mom's clothes and went around signing Cher songs and then add on top of that how sometimes my mom's shoes go missing and she always wonders if maybe I'm the one behind it. She'll add "you two kids have fun now" and pat me on the back and walk out of the room. That's my nana. Ha

I know a lot of people who are the way you're describing. Going to a party where someone didn't drop a couple g's on isn't worth their time. I've been to those parties and events and yeah its nice every now and then but I couldn't do it all the time. Seeing the facade people put on in front of other people just makes me sick. I'd prefer to go to my local bar and play a lil darts and pool with people who are real and geniune than spend a night in a fancy club in the vip section with dicks who don't even look "the help" in the eye.

I agree summer would be a great time to start up the side business. I talked to her this afternoon and she's actually gunna be in new york in a few weeks so we're gunna sit down with her and another friend of mine who is a financial accountant and see what we need to get done to make this happen. Pretty stoked about it. In the meantime I've had a couple people approach me for paintings which works out perfectly because I just finished my project in LA so I got nothing but time on my hands now.

I've actually never watched an episode of MDLNY..is it all male realtors? I watch hgtv a lot but never seen previews for that because I'm kinda into interior design and like to see the shit people do to improve their houses but I've never seen advertising for that show. I like to go play pool never played darts, worry I'm be drinking and stab someone with a dart lol. Small pubs are great for socializing you cannot talk at dance clubs music is too loud and places are jammed pack. I think big dance clubs are best for NYE tho.

Yes On MDLNY it is all male realtors they feature..3 of them. It shows their staff and associates too and some are females. It's on Bravo probably why its so dramatic same channel as all the Real Housewife shows haha They also have a LA show too, different realtors and started a Miami one... I don't watch those. I think today to Tuesday will be good for me, no stress only fun sun sports drinking great food celebrations with family and friends. No work no worrying, and ex isn't going to be in town either, his sister said so I don't need to worry running into him and feeling sick allover again. You are right once it warmed up it did help but work got stressy and then stuff with ex love life and depression and BAM! got right back into that deep dark hole. I hope I went through the worse recently and never have to revisit that kind of misery, sorrow and pain anytime soon. I always felt I was strong and hits hard when you realize you are emotionally weaker than you thought. I love reading outside, I always take a book to work, just incase I grab something quick and go sit somewhere and eat and read.

I would have just given it away but the dude insisted on paying me so I gave it to him for 25 bucks. I never had any of my paintings on display anywhere other than my apartment. It was just more like a hobby of mine but one of my friends showed one of my pieces to a friend of hers and she wanted me to make her something. I have complete freedom with it so I'm worried I might come up with something too out there haha. But we shall see. Idk if my work is good enough to post a thread about but I'll show you a few I've done if you'd like. I can either post it here of pm you.

Traveling constantly does get a lil tiring but I do enjoy it. What about you? Do you like traveling or is more of a hassle for you? I know a lot of people hate the stress of packing and airports but I love that shit. You meet the most interesting people on airplanes and in airports. It does make you appreciate home a lot more though. I take my dogs with me when I go to LA often because my brother and parents are there so they puppysit while I'm working. See even with the constant traveling, you are always on the go, and you bring your fur babies along, do they love plane rides? I don't mind traveling but I don't do a lot of it, certainly not back and forth as you said you do. Mine is limited and no big overseas trips. I like the idea of big long car trips where you stop every 8 hrs or so o/n at some place sight see and continue on etc. I would love to RV a trip one day all my close friends, that would be fun to me. I am not on top of all the new shows, some things I used to love jump the shark for me, recently True Blood, obsessed with it for a long time don't even look at it now and new season started. Got bored of it I guess. I like American Horror Story, Fargo, Penny Dreadful, Orange Is The New Black, binge watch that tho. I never watched Game of Thrones before... Have watched The Walking Dead. I like a few comedies, I hate when I get into a show and enjoy watching it then they cancel it. I like Drop Dead Diva and it is cancelled I think I like that reality show, on Bravo too I think The People's Couch, so funny!! Probably loads more that my mind isn't recalling, boos.

I do like to do a lot of different creative things to keep my mind and self occupied. But just as much as I enjoy going out I like to stay in and do nothing but watch tv. So I do know how to just be lazy too Painting was actually a way for me to relax and help release stress. It was also kinda therapeutic in a way. As I said I'm into weird shit so please don't be expecting to see anything like Leonardo da Vinci's pieces because you will be disappointed.

I watched both season of Orange is the New Black in a few days. I was surprised I liked it. Also got hooked on another Netflix original called Derek which I find hysterical and been watching a lot of Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares. Hell's Kitchen use to be one of my favorite shows but I had no idea he had that one. Not as entertaining but it's a cool show. I love cooking and I think I can thrown down with the best of them but if I had to cook for chef ramsey I'd probably shit myself. Dude's ****ing scary as hell..
