I have different foods sometimes a banana, apple, cereal( either special K or cheerios), cottage cheese and pears, a protein bar..stuff like that or drink a shake.

i eat whatever is available to eat, because if i work out, box, martial arts, run a long distance i am hungry when done. so nothing light for me, pasta or pizza( cold) lots of water or gatorade with it. just how i am and what i want after.
