Sources are where it matters. Wanna eat different meats, nuts, beans, and grains often as you can since theirs different types of proteins. DV's 50g a day, DV's are like the food pyramid though where its counter intellengence. From that guide people think Sat. Fat and cholesterol causes heart disease, and we still continue to think all sodium is the same and all Unsat fat is healthy. Counting calories was another big one. Forget numbers just use your heart.
