If you are still sleeping with your Ex and they suddenly want one day to themselves and you told each other you'd be honest. Is it ok to ask them to tell you the truth?

When you suspect they are seeing another woman?

If you haven't gotten back together and haven't mutually agreed to be exclusive with each other, he can do whatever he pleases. You did agree to be honest with each other, so if you ask him if he was with another woman, he is supposed to tell you the truth. Other than that, he owes you nothing.

I think it's a pretty silly thing to do, to sleep with someone you have feelings for without deciding to be exclusive beforehand (unless of course you would be ok with non-excluisivity, which you clearly aren't).
