I always over think and make up scenarios in my head.

Basically I over think a lot with a certain girl. I work with her and I spend a lot of my time worrying that she's alright. If I notice she is not herself I get really down myself. A fellow colleague left suddenly recently and I could tell she was upset. I worried that he was going to txt her and try meet up with her ( jealousy) he already has a girlfriend though... She was biting her nails a lot and generally quiet. It has been exactly a week since he left and the past couple of days she's been OK but today she was quiet and biting her nails a lot again. Being me I put two and two together and said it must be because it's a week since he's gone? Another thing also I contacted him myself last night to see how he was doing, and asked if he'd heard from anyone else to which he replied, 'no not heard off anyone' lying? And now I'm thinking maybe he got in contact last night and this is why she is behaving like this today ( same as she was when he left) she also was on her phone text or email, and when she finished, she started tapping her leg a lot, which I think is usually a sign of anxiety. I don't know whether it's all just a coincidence or there's something in it, my head seems to put this scenario in every situation. Occasionally a normal thinking pattern comes through not that often am i nuts??

Last time you posted about this girl, I asked what you'd done to try and woo her. Someone else suggested you make a move. However, you didn't bother responding to that thread at all.

Do you actually want help, or do you just want to vent? If you want help, then tell us what your goal is and what you've done so far to reach that goal.

Also, on the subject of worrying that she's alright...and on the previous post about her falling for the wrong guy, it appears that you don't trust her judgement or her ability to take care of herself.
Never regret anything that has happened in your life. It cannot be changed, forgotten or undone. So, take it as a lesson learned and move on.

He's a typical nice guy, admiring and desiring her from afar, while spanking it through a hole in his pocket and judging her for not coming up to him and asking him to marry her so she can have his babies.

Obsessive behavior is making you creepy. Whatever is going on with her is NONE of your business. Your paranoid delusions are spinning out of control. You have OCD or ADHD by any chance?

You are the one who subjects yourself into this all thing, if you really care about that girl how do you think she will know if you don't tell her!! if you are imagining things and you don't make any effort what is really going on; this thing will make you go crazy.
What is your problem? don't you have enough guts to let her know what you feel!!

Exactly. Just tell her already how you feel. Instead of making a scenario in your head of what is going on with her and this other guy, think about what you want to say to her and say it.
