I have walked the long and lonely path
That Angels fear to tread
I have lived among the living
Now reside among the Dead.

I crave the light of righteous
My heart is in the dark

I wander down this lonely road
The light is at the end
So very far and Distant
I wonder how this ends.

To end this darkness once and all
