Well we are planning to meet at a hotel and spend the night together and we have both kind of agreed to having adult activities and she said that if we hit it off then things could lead to intercourse with a condom but would happily do all sorts of foreplay stuff with me such as oral, handjob etc

So she never said she wants to give you blowjobs with a condom. If it's something she wants to experiment with, I'd say let her give it a try. Tell her you prefer without a condom though, I'm pretty sure she will have no problem giving you head without a condom especially if she knows that's what you prefer.

I wouldn't give a bf unless I was sure he had no STDS etc Before becoming sexually active together, I would want us both to be tested at a clinic. You can never be too careful as far as I am concerned. Even if you both have only been with a few people, you dont know who those people have been with etc. Its better to be safe than sorry
