    How to hide sadness?

I am a very sad person and by showing my sadness, it's not helping my life. There is nothing that anyone can do at this point to overcome my sadness. I know I'll be happier in time, but for the time meaning, I just need to hide my feelings.

I'm good at hiding my feelings, but sometimes, there are days where I really, really show to others that I'm desperately unhappy. I cannot change the way I feel, but I can change the way I come across to others. I need to be seen as happy, even though inside, I'm not like that.

Please, I'm not looking for people who want to know what's making me sad and how to change that. Time will make me happier, but unless time speeds a hell of a lot up - I'm sad, and sad I shall be for the mean time.

Just tell me ways I can appear to be happy, when really I'm not.

To be honest, you should be asking for ways to become happier...

It will come in time. For now, I just need to hide it.

If you looking for a buff then what helps me is completly change food I normaly eat, some libido boosters, good sleep that gives lots of vitality and buying something expensive for myself. Finding a positive thought in mind stick to it and many more follow. The same is with negative ones. What works faster is looking in happy persons eyes, talking, some girls have smile that heals the pain.

There's been times in my life where I've not been particularly happy, but the best way to get over it is to spend time with people who make you happy, and you enjoy being around. It helps you to forget what's making you sad, and it helps you to create and experience fun moments which you'd not have if you spent your time alone dwelling on your sadness.

    Thank you PC and Latino

But what if that is not possible?

What if the people who make you happy also make you sad?

You're making it fricking impossible for people to help you. If you gave people some context then we might be able to suggest stuff..

If you don't know people that make you happy then go and find some. If people are making you sad, tell them why it makes you feel that way, and try to find a way to improve the situation.

Exercise and healthy food may help. They can give you a natural high
Never regret anything that has happened in your life. It cannot be changed, forgotten or undone. So, take it as a lesson learned and move on.

Go and ask your doctor for a script of Bupropion. You're clearly depressed and could use some help, nothing wrong with getting help in life so do it.

Well, you can either get started or continue wallowing in self pity. It's up to you
