So... Erm, I'll be honest, this is one of the most embarrassing things of my entire life, but I kind of would like some tips... You see, I have a tiny problem...Erm, I kind of, despite efforts to try, have trouble cleaning back there... I've tried paper towels with soap and bars of soap, but yeah...still have a post-orgasm problem having to do with that area if you know what I mean... i personally have never done anal so cant offer much advice. i dont think soap is a good idea though in a sensitive area like that. perhaps some wet cotton wool (just water) would be better or babywipes.

i know soap can affect the ph balance and cause infections such as yeast or iyer (jock itch)

I agree too many paper towels can also dry out the skin and cause dryness or irritation. I think baby wipes would be the best

Try a "Sitz bath" You can buy them at your local drug store. They're for new mothers who need to keep stitches and such clean from feces and urine and to ease hemorroids. They're quite soothing and you'll get the job done it just fits over your toilette seat. Google Sitz Bath and have a look)

In the immediate aftermath (for lack of a better word ) baby wipes with aloe. We keep them in the bathroom for regular cleanup/hygiene after regular bathroom functions.
