The grand romantic gesture

Hi.

I have been dating my girlfriend for the last 3 months and we are madly in love. I am one for romantic gestures. Rose petals saying 'I love you' on the bed etc. In a weeks’ time i am cycling 700 miles for charity and was thinking of buying a personalised banner saying ‘I love you Gerry’ and then getting a photo of me holding it at the top of the Pyrenees mountains and sending it to her.
Just wanted to ask the lovely people on the forum to see if they think this would be a good idea or not a good idea?

Do you mean a banner that you could spread across the mountain? I'd be worried that anything that would be large enough to look good on a mountain would be too big to carry on a bicycle. If you're just doing something that's poster sized, it might be nicer to buy some markers and poster board and try to design your own poster.
